Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Ryan Harrison, Sr. has joined the firm as an associate in the Sacramento office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Ryan was a senior attorney at a boutique labor and employment law firm, where he managed single-plaintiff matters in active litigation. He has represented both employers and employees across California in workplace litigation and brings that unique perspective to Fisher Phillips’ growing Litigation team.
Ryan earned his J.D. from UC Law San Francisco, his M.S. from Sacramento State University, and his B.A. from UC Davis.
Ryan serves on numerous state and local boards and commissions, including the California Commission on Access to Justice, the California Association of Black Lawyers, and the California Lawyers Foundation. He has also been honored in Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars, National Black Lawyers’ 40 Under 40, and Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. In 2021, the California Association of Black Lawyers recognized Ryan as its attorney of the Year.
Ryan is a senior fellow of Sacramento’s prestigious Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program (NELP).
