Juvenile Pedestrian Suffers Major Injuries after Hit by Vehicle on Highway 74 in Hemet
HEMET, CA (October 16, 2023) – A juvenile was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Highway 74 in Hemet Saturday night on October 14.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle struck the pedestrian shortly after 6:00 p.m. in the 44000 block of Highway 74.
A helicopter took the juvenile patient to a hospital in serious condition, fire officials said.
No details were immediately available on the vehicle that struck the pedestrian, or if the motorist remained at the scene.
Further investigation is underway.
