Three attorneys resigned in lieu of facing disciplinary actions and another 13 received probated suspensions or public reprimands.
One resignation involved a lawyer practicing while actively suspended, who had a bar judgment of $50,000 in restitution and $26,342 in attorney fees and costs.

Three lawyers opted to resign rather than face discipline, and 13 attorneys received suspensions or public reprimands, according to the State Bar of Texas disciplinary report.

On Dec. 13, 2022, the State Bar of Texas accepted the resignations of two lawyers from North Texas and one from Galveston.
